智能型热处理温度控制箱是专门为履带式和绳式远红外陶瓷电加热器配套设计制造的焊前预热焊后热处理的设备。通过智能型FUSI-PXR系列温度控制仪表来对被加热物体所需要的温度进行设定，并在此设定自动转换可控硅的导通和截止，以达到温度控制的目的，输出电压可以通过面板上的调压旋扭来调节，面板上的电压表所指电压就是输出在加热器上的电压，调压元件为模块设计，稳定性高。本控制箱可以接任意电压的电加热器。

  The intelligent heat treatment temperature control box is a pre welding preheating and post welding heat treatment equipment specially designed and manufactured for caterpillar type and rope type far infrared ceramic electric heaters. The temperature required by the heated object is set by the intelligent FUSI-PXR series temperature control instrument, and the conduction and cut-off of the automatic conversion silicon controlled rectifier are set here to achieve the purpose of temperature control. The output voltage can be adjusted by the voltage regulating knob on the panel. The voltage indicated by the voltmeter on the panel is the voltage output on the heater. The voltage regulating element is designed as a module with high stability. The control box can be connected with electric heater of any voltage.
